SHIPPING POLICY:

Thank you for your purchase. Your regular mail shipping order will be fulfilled within 7-10 business days and you will receive a confirmation email once it’s been processed, and another email with tracking information. Please do not email us asking for tracking, everything is automated and our team is working very hard to fulfill orders in a timely manner.

PLEASE NOTE: We ship all orders from the U.S.A via USPS, UPS, or Fedex. We ship internationally, worldwide via Fedex or DHL. We always choose the most cost effective option for you.

For International shipping, your order will be fulfilled within 10-14 business days.  In some countries and regions, you may be liable to pay additional Customs/Duties and taxes so please check with your local customs office.

Bryght is not responsible for shipping delays that are beyond its control. If your package does not arrive within the time frame specified above, please contact us with your order number via our contact form here.


Please regularly monitor your tracking link for delivery status information.

If your order is not delivered, you may need to file a claim with the shipping provider (can be seen on your tracking link email)

If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the shipping box as well as the damaged products so we can initiate a claim. Please DO NOT dispose of the damaged items or shipping boxes as the mail carriers will require proof of the damage. Once we receive these images we will begin the claims process and get your items replaced for you.
