Refund policy
The Returns Policy below applies only to Online Customers buying on Bryghtenup.com. If you are a customer who purchased a Bryght product from another website or physical location that is not bryghtenup.com, please contact the seller from which you purchased the product.
Once your order is placed, we start working on it right away. This means we are unable to process your cancellation request at this time as our team is working diligently to get orders out as quickly as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience and if you would like to return your products once you receive them, please review our returns policy and follow the instructions.
Returns and Exchanges
There are no refunds or returns for professional orders (customers who are a professional purchasing at a wholesale price) or any purchase made at a trade show.
There are no refunds on shipping costs.
We go all out to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase of Bryght products. However, we understand that sometimes a return must be made, and we aim to ensure the process is as easy and hassle-free for our customers as possible. We will gladly exchange your unopened and unused items within 15 days of delivery. There is a 25% Restocking Fee on all returnable products within the 15 day policy.
All packaging must be unopened and unused. Once the product packaging is opened, unfortunately, it can no longer be returned for sanitary reasons. Shipping charges are not refundable. In the event of a return or exchange, the customer is responsible for any and all additional shipping charges. For exchanges, you will receive an invoice for shipping prior to sending out exchanged product. When you are shipping a return or exchange to Bryght, you are required to include your first and last name, phone number, and original order number inside the return package.
All returns must have an approved return authorization. This must be obtained prior to sending your order back. Contact Bryght Customer Service for your return authorization. Include “return authorization” in the subject line as well as your order number. In your email please state whether you would like a return or exchange and briefly, the reason why.
Bryght reserves the right to request the reasonable opportunity to inspect the product(s) in question once returned. Bryght reserves the right to refuse or deny a return, exchange, or refund at any time, at our discretion.
Chargebacks and Disputes
Should the occasion arise that you're not completely satisfied and choose to return your products, please know we are unable to process a refund if a chargeback request has been submitted to your bank/credit card. This can take weeks to process, and our system will not let us refund you if a chargeback was submitted- regardless of who "wins". As an alternative, working with us and waiting until your products are returned is a much quicker process as we hope to make your return as seamless as possible!
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, you will need photos of the shipping box as well as the damaged products so we can initiate a claim. Please do not dispose of the damaged items or shipping boxes as the mail carriers will require proof of the damage (Yes, even the box!), once we receive these images we will begin the claims process. Please allow 15-20 days for claim processing with the carrier, once approved Bryght will ship replacement products.
If an order contains more than one damaged item, all items MUST be returned together with the returned shipping label provided. Should you, the customer, forget or exclude an item, you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges to complete the return which must still fall in the 15-day period. If you do not provide tracking within 15 days, only partial or no refund/replacement will be given.
Quality Control Sale (Perfect Product, Imperfect Packaging)
Please note that all QC stock is offered on a first-come, first-served basis, and product quantities as well as flaws may vary. As such, all products included in this sale are considered final sale, with no refunds or exchanges permitted. Everything is sold in as-is condition. For our professional customers, kindly refrain from reselling items for individual sale or retail purposes. Should it come to our attention that you're not adhering to our terms of service, we'll regrettably need to part ways with your account.
Apparel
All apparel is made to order therefore all apparel sales are final.
Let There Be Lyght LED Wand (1 Year Limited Warranty)
In the unlikely event that your LED wand develops a fault within the first 12 months of purchase, please initiate your warranty claim by sending us an email with your order number and a video demonstrating the issue. Video Requirement: The video must show the wand plugged into an outlet using the original supplied cord and plug. This is a mandatory step to process your warranty claim.
Please note: You will be responsible for all warranty claim shipping costs to and from Bryght. If you are located outside the United States, you will also be responsible for any applicable duties and/or customs fees associated with the warranty claim. We strongly recommend obtaining tracking information for your package. A shipping invoice from Bryght will be provided prior to sending out any warranty replacement.
Important Limitation: This warranty provides for a single (1) replacement of the original product only. Once a replacement has been provided, this warranty is considered fulfilled and void. Bryght reserves the right to decline any warranty claim at its sole discretion.
Bryght is not responsible for shipping delays that are beyond its control. If your package does not arrive within the time frame specified, please contact us with your order number.
