This is supposed to be in my order I received but it was not. They shipped it but did not add the suite number so it got returned and they are having me wait until they receive the item back before sending it back to me. Even though they know I don't have it. So all of my concerns are with the shipping department even with the last order it took forever and I'm only 4 hours away
