US/Canada Shipping; Orders are fulfilled by Bryght within 3-5 business days. Once fulfilled, you will receive a confirmation email and another email with tracking information. Please do not email us asking for tracking, everything is automated and our team is working very hard to fulfill orders in a timely manner. We are a small business and ship orders out weekly, twice a week.
For outside US/Canada shipping; Your order will be fulfilled within 5-7 business days. You may be liable to pay additional customs/duties and taxes in some countries and regions, please check with your local customs office. Should you refuse to pay said duties/taxes your package will be considered abandoned by the shipping carrier and you will not be eligible for any refund from Bryght. We have no control over this; it is controlled by your country's import/export LAWS.
All orders in the U.S. are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. We ship internationally and worldwide via FedEx or DHL. We always choose the most cost-effective option for you. Please regularly monitor your tracking link for delivery status information.
If your order is not delivered; you may need to file a claim with the shipping provider (can be seen on your tracking link email)
If your order arrives damaged; You will need to take photos of the shipping box as well as the damaged products so we can initiate a claim. Please do not dispose of the damaged items or shipping boxes as the mail carriers will require proof of the damage. Once we receive these images we will begin the claims process and get your items replaced for you.
Bryght is not responsible for shipping delays that are beyond its control. If your package does not arrive within the time frame specified, please contact us with your order number.

Pre-ordering By placing an order for any product during a pre-order promotion on bryghtenup.com, you acknowledge and agree that you are purchasing an item that is not yet available for immediate shipment. This is a pre-order sale, and your order will be fulfilled and shipped once the product becomes available. You’ll receive a shipping notification from BRYGHT as soon as your order is on its way. For the most up-to-date information on your order status, please log into your account at bryghtenup.com. While our customer service team is happy to help, they have access only to the same tracking details visible in your online account.
